Support
The modular architecture of our solution makes it suitable for infrastructures of any size, starting at the smallest (10 objects to monitor) to the biggest (thousands of objects to monitor).
The polling interval is by essence variable and must be adapted to fit your needs. This is why it is highly dependant on the type of information you want to be rendered as well as the type of people who will access the information. In respect of this concept, we'd rather express the number of polls that can be executed and processed into our database per hour/minute. We have successfully tested a single server solution in our lab (OHBox Entry Edition) up to 10,000 polls per hour without any impact on information retrieval and display.
Our Professional Services packages as well as our Software as a Service (SaaS) offering make us very flexible for delivering tailor made solutions.
Due to our start-up company status, we prefer to demonstrate the solution (on site or remotely) for a more efficient way to present our solution and its capabilities, as well as the team surrounding it. After the demonstration we can arrange for a Professional Services package to be setup as its fee can be offset by any regular software licence or SaaS deal.
If a new object or data source appears on our roadmap, it will be made available to you automatically, based on the maintenance deal we establish. If you wish to speed up the support of this new object, we can enter into a specific partnership agreement and we'll inform you of any costs to rearrange our development resources so that we can deliver the support of the new object as well as the specific dashboards you need around.
In the current version, there is no Dashboard editor tool and the dashboard must be developed and integrated into our UI. If the dashboard is not too complex (simple) and as long as you have a valid maintenance contract, it will be made available to you as quickly as possible and at no charge. If the dashboard is overly complex, you will be charged a professional services fee for designing the dashboard and it will then be made available to you at no cost. Please bear in mind that we try to keep our fees as low as possible for customer satisfaction.

- Support all major SAN vendor equipment as possible based on customers or prospects requirements
Our OHBox solution is currently a full Microsoft Windows based solution that has been tested under Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2003 R2, as well as Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2 editions. We do favour having our solution hosted on a 64bit edition of Microsoft Windows for performance and security reasons.
Our OHBox solution has been tested with Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008 and 2008 R2 editions. We favour using 64bit editions of Microsoft SQL Server for performance and security reasons.
